Natalie Landrum
Natalie Landrum has been named principal of Helena Elementary School, bringing more than 24 years of experience in elementary education and a strong connection to the Helena community.
Landrum spent 21 years as a classroom teacher, including 17 years at Helena Intermediate School, before serving as Assistant Principal, where she worked alongside students, teachers, and families to promote academic success and a positive school culture.
Landrum holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University, a master’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and an Educational Leadership certification from the University of Montevallo.
A National Board Certified Teacher, she has been recognized twice as Helena Intermediate’s Teacher of the Year and was named Shelby County Chamber Elementary Educator of the Year.
